Obituary of Richard Louis "Skip" Kadow
1939 - 2013

Delta Junction resident Skip Kadow, 73, passed away Sunday, August 18, at Providence Hospital in Anchorage.

Skip was born on the family farm December 1, 1939 in Vancouver, Washington. He graduated from Ridgefield High School, Ridgefield, Washington in 1958.

He is preceded in death by both parents, Richard E. Kadow and Ethel M. Rancore. He is survived by two siblings, Judy A. Zimmerly of Ridgefield, Washington and Michael R. Kadow of Brush Prairie, Washington.

Also surviving are four children: Rachel L. Kadow, Gillette, Wyoming; Louis E. Kadow, Redding, California; Rhonda S. Knight, Carl Junction, Missouri; and Roxanne M. Lievens, Neosho, Missouri. Skip had six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 30 at 6 p.m. at Clearwater Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Delta Junction FFA, PO Box 547, Delta Junction, AK 99737.
